How do I check the design progress?

To some extent the amount of checking you do will be up to you. We will give you an estimate of the time that the development of your site will take and we will keep you informed if this has to change significantly. There will be stages where we refer the design to you for checking and approval, and in this way you and we will be sure that the web site design is keeping to what you wanted.

However, too many checks which refer to you can slow progress, not to mention that it will take up your time too. So we will work with you to find a balance that you are happy with where the design progresses and you are able to check and confirm the major stages. These stages could, and probably would include, this points:

	·	The initial draft of the design. This ensures the concept is right from the start.
	·	The drafting of any pages that have significantly different content. Eg pages with customer forms.
	·	The final draft of each page, or all the pages on a simple design. When all the pages are complete, we are at the point of publishing the design for public view.

The above points are our minimum recommendation. You are able to influence or vary this to your own requirements if you wish.
