This Gîte has 3 Bedrooms and sleeps six people plus a cot for a baby if required.

Upstairs

Bedroom 1 has a Double Bed
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Twin Beds
Bathroom with Bath/Shower
Separate Toilet

Downstairs

Kitchen/ Dining area with Log Burner. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Gas Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee machine and all the necessary cooking utensils,with sufficient crockery and glasses for the allotted number of occupants. The seating area has a Settee, Television, DVD Player and Wireless Internet facilities.

There is an outdoor eating area with a charcoal BBQ.

All household linen and bath towels are provided, but not swimming towels.

There is a Swimming Pool for the guests of the three Gîtes.

There is a communal Laundry room.

	The twin bedrooms.
	The double bedroom and landing.
	The kitchen / dining room and outside shady barbecue area.
