What happens if I want to make changes?

Nothing ever stays the same, so you probably will want to alter the content of your site. We shall be happy to accommodate you.

For simple text changes, or to change a picture on a page, within 3 months of publishing; just let us know and we will gladly alter the relevant page free of charge. We want contented customers!

We also offer to change your site text free once a year, for example, to update your prices.

For more significant changes, or for alterations after 3 months from publishing, there is a cost dependent on the significance of the change. So simple changes to the text would be charged at the hourly rate (see costs) with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Additional pages are charged by the page.

If later you want to alter the style of your site, this might involve altering every page (but font changes are simple to set globally by a single file). Then every page needs to be checked again. This will ensure that everything still 'fits' on the page, so, for example, pictures and text do not collide. Please talk to us before you decide on changes. Some apparently simple requests can have a significant impact on the time required to effect them.
