The web design is the code stored on the host site.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
When a search engine scans through its results it puts some pages at the top. Most people look only at the first results page so it is important to be high in the search. This is your web designer’s first priority.
SEO is an on-going process that provides 'meta tags' in the code and page content to optimise search results. Your web designer can also improve your results by encouraging other sites to link to you.
